The clients for this home charged the firm with designing and building a classic contemporary Malibu Beach house set majestically on an 11 acre site in Upper Makefield Pennsylvania. This home boasts one of the largest seamless glass wall of any residence in the U.S. which gives the owners and their guests a true picture window showcasing some of the many unique ultra modern architectural features incorporated into this residence. Polished concrete radiantly heated floors, exposed steel beams, circular steel stairs, steel fabricated skelitalized fireplace, aluminum windows and a myriad of flat roofs balanced with standing seam leaded copper are some of the elements that stand out.
